L	Lucie Kokrdova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vůbec nedoporučuji tento obchod. Předražené věci z nekvalitních materiálů. Po dvou dnech jsem chtěla vyměnit velikost u šatů, které jsem dala darem. Jiná velikost nebyla ale i přesto mi nebyli ochotní vrátit peníze. I do not recommend this store at all. Overpriced things made of poor quality materials. After two days, I wanted to change the size of the dress I gave as a gift. There was no other size, but they were still not willing to return my money.
G	Gabrielle Gabrielle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přítel mi zde byl koupit kabát k Vánocům. Prodavačka mu sdělila,že pokud nenošené zboží přinese do 3.dnů,vrátí mu peníze. Jelikož si nebyl jistý,tak mi jej radši dal předem-ještě ten den co jej koupil. Druhý den jsme šli kabát vrátit a bylo nám sděleno,ze peníze nevrací. Přitom se pri koupi ujišťoval,ale jiná prodavačka tvrdila,ze to není možné a peníze nám nevrátí.. pouze nám muže dat darkovou kartu. Takže jsem odešla s darkovou kartou,kterou jsem nechtěla. Mohu říct,ze neslo zrovna o par korun. Prodavačky zde lžou aby prodaly. Horší přístup jsem nezažila a nebudu to řešit jen touhle recenzí. A friend of mine was here to buy me a coat for Christmas. The saleswoman told him that if she brought the unworn goods within 3 days, she would return the money. Since he wasn't sure, he preferred to give it to me in advance - the day he bought it. The next day we went to return the coat and we were told that the money was not returned. At the same time, he made sure when buying, but another saleswoman claimed that this was not possible and the money would not be returned to us .. only a man can give us a dark card. So I left with a dark card I didn't want. I can say that it was about a few crowns. The saleswomen are lying here to sell. I have not experienced a worse approach and I will not solve it only with this review.

Byl jsem tam jednou, u pokladny se mě nikdo nevšiml, nikdo se nezeptal co potřebuji, paní prodavačka jen zuřivě vyřizovala. Nebyl tam nikdo další, stačilo se omluvit a říct ať chvilku počkáme, nebo přijďte prosím za okamžik. Ne. No tak jsem to zkusil druhý den. Konečně se mě ujala slečna prodavačka. Ale ho takovej "rypák" na mě dlouho nikdo neházel. No zkazila mi zbytek dne. Nikdy. Needless to say, I did not shop, I only returned to the sister the goods she had ordered from the online store. I was there once, no one noticed me at the cash register, no one asked what I needed, the saleswoman just handled furiously. There was no one else, just apologize and tell us to wait a while or please come in a moment. No. Well, I tried it the next day. Finally, I was received by Miss Saleswoman. But no one threw him at such a "digger" at me for a long time. Well, it ruined my rest of the day. Never.
L	Lucie Kučerová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnešní návštěva navečer a vyzvednutí zboží, totálně arogantní slečna za pokladník, obtezovalo ji, ze musí pro balíček do zázemí, když přišla, tak na mě koukala jako bych byla úplně blba a zarvala na mě, jestli ji teda řeknu to telefonní číslo, o které si vůbec neřekla, tak jaem jinyho řekla a podekovala ji a řekla nashledanou a ona ani neodpovedela. Upřímně netuším, čím jsem ji tak naštvala, tenhle přístup a arogance v obchodě je otřesná. Tonight's visit in the evening and the pick-up of the goods, a totally arrogant young lady for the cashier, bothered her that she had to look into the background for the package when she arrived, so she looked at me like I was completely stupid and yelled at me if I told her the phone number she didn't say it at all, so I told someone else and thanked her and said goodbye, and she didn't even answer. I honestly have no idea what made me so upset, this attitude and arrogance in the store is appalling.
