★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Musím se přidat k názoru, že větší neschopnost personálu a celého O2 jsem neviděl. Dobře, každý udělá chybu, chápu, ale že bez omluvi a nějaké pokory vám poví , no s tím nic neděláme, kolega tu není, zapomněl to objednat a do konce akce to nestihnu. Vybaveno.... tak pošlete reklamaci a Specialista reklamací vám odpoví, že po prověření s manažerem prodejny je vše OK a vy jste blbec, že se ptáte, viz. foto. Jediné co zbývá, změnit operátora, i když bude to lepší???
 I have to add to the view that I have not seen the greater inability of the staff and the whole O2. Well, everyone makes a mistake, I understand, but that without apology and some humility will tell you, but we do nothing about it, my colleague is not here, forgot to order it and by the end of the event I miss it. Equipped .... so send a complaint and the complaints specialist will answer that after checking with the store manager everything is OK and you are stupid to ask, see. photo. All that remains to change the operator, even if it will be better ???

Přišla jsem tam z požadavkem změnit tarif. Ujal se mně mladý pán který to semnou konzultoval, bohužel si asi neuměl s tím rady tak přišel na pomoc starší kolega. Poté mně poslali pryč, že jim to momentálně nejde stím, že mi zavolají pro kontrolu nového tarifu. Za 30min mi volali a vyřešili jsme to po telefonu.
Uběhl týden, a změny tarifu nebyli.
Došla jsem tam tedy po druhé kdy se mně ujal jiný pán. A vyřešili jsme to vše v klidu. Řekl mi co a jak, kolik budu platit.
Dnes mi přišlo vyúčtování o trojnásobek více než mi bylo řečeno!!
Volala jsem tedy na centrálu a sám pán mi řekl , ze za tu dobu co dělá tuto práci v životě nikdy neviděl co mi tam s tím udělali! Takže velké díky pro pána z cental , který mi to tam dával dohromady přes 15minut.
Takže rozhodně o2 Černý most nedoporučuji !!!!

I came there with a request to change the tariff. I was accepted by a young gentleman who consulted with me, unfortunately he probably could not cope with it, so an older colleague came to help. Then they sent me away that they couldn't do it right now by calling me to check the new tariff. They called me in 30 minutes and we solved it over the phone.
A week passed, and there were no tariff changes.
So I got there for the second time when another gentleman took over. And we solved it all in peace. He told me what and how, how much I would pay.
Today I received a bill three times more than I was told !!
So I called the headquarters and the gentleman himself told me that during the time he had been doing this job in his life he had never seen what they had done to me there! So many thanks to the master from cental, who put it together for me over 15 minutes.
So I definitely do not recommend o2 Černý most !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profi přístup obsluhy (mladý muž, který věděl co říká a poslouchal co potřebuji. Nevnucoval mi věci, na ktere jsem ae neptal 1 podtržená). Doporučuji Černý Most Praha
Professional approach of the staff (a young man who knew what he was saying and listened to what I needed. He did not force things on me that I did not ask 1 underlined). I recommend Černý Most Prague

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatně nastavený začátek čerpání služby, špatné účtování, nefunkční data, i když měla fungovat neomezeně. Řešení reklamace není ani po dvou měsících doresene, laxni přístup me dovedl k sepsání této recenze... Úspěšně jsem přešel ke konkurenci

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8.6 navštívila jsem prodejnu ve snaze sjednat si firemní telefon. Prodavačky byly arogantní nepříjemný. Zřejmě Vam o vaše zákazníky nejde když zamestnavate tak neschopný a agresivní per zonal který není ochotný . Děkuji Vam a tarify i zařízení jsem si vybrala u Vaši konkurenci hned naproti .
8.6 I visited the store in an effort to arrange a company phone. The saleswomen were arrogant annoying. Apparently you are not interested in your customers if you employ such an incompetent and aggressive person who is not willing. Thank you and I chose the tariffs and equipment at your competition opposite.
