U Samsung telefonu do ktereho se dostala voda mi rekli, ze oprava bude drazsi nez koupe noveho telefonu a protoze je mrtva zakladni deska, tak data z toho telefonu vytahnout nepujdou. Sel jsem do druheho Samsung servisu na Jecne ulici a tam mi rekli, ze by ty data nejspis vytahnout sli, ze to zkusi. Do 2 dnu jsem data mel za 1200kc.
 Although the employees are nice, they could not solve the problem. The Samsung phone that got the water told me that the repair will be more expensive than buying a new phone, and because the motherboard is dead, the data will not be removed from the phone. I went to the second Samsung service on Jecna Street and there they told me that they would probably pull out the data, that they would try it. Within 2 days I had data for 1200kc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá nespokojenost. Banda podvodníků a lhářů!!! V reklamovaném telefonu byla provedena softwerová oprava ale v servisním protokolu píší, že nebyla nalezena žádná závada. Požadovaná záloha dat nebyla provedena. Proč je telefon bez dat, když nebyla nalezena závada??? Naprostá arogance a neslušné chování vašeho zaměstnance! Samsung už nikdy!
Total dissatisfaction. A bunch of cheaters and liars !!! A software repair was performed on the claimed phone, but the service log states that no defect was found. The requested data backup was not performed. Why is the phone without data if no fault was found ??? Absolute arrogance and indecent behavior of your employee! Samsung never again!
