★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rada chodim do sklizena, dnes jsem si dala poprve “cerstve” pecivo, konkretne tvarohový koláč.
Bohužel tak tři dny starý,tvrdy, tvaroh uschnuty. Dcera mi to nejedla, bylo mi lito to vyhodit, tak jsem ho snedla, ale nepochutnala si.Staci napsat, ze pecivo neni cerstve a prodavat za lacneji, ale davat 35 korun za stary suchy kolac….

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do Sklizeno chodím jen párkrát do roka pro bezlepkový chléb. Pobočku v OC Smíchov mám 10minut chůze od práce. Na víkend jsem jeden chléb potřeboval, ale nedokázal jsem se utrhnout z práce a nebylo možné to přes eshop objednat (musí být nákup nad 700Kč). Ze zoufalosti jsem jim zavolal, zda by mi nějak nepomohli. Personál mají na nejvyšší úrovni. Nejenže jeden ze zaměstnanců (který zrovna v době svého volna v pobočce nakupoval pro sebe) mi chléb donesl do práce, ale dokonce jsem chléb došel zaplatit až v pondělí sám.
Takže až si zase nějaký člověk bude stěžovat na kvalitu obsluhy, ať se podívá na sebe do zrcadla, jestli neochota personálu není jen reakce na jeho "auru".
Já nejsem typ člověka co dává recenze, ale tady prostě musím.
Děkuju za nezištnou ochotu.
 I only go to Harvest a few times a year for gluten-free bread. I have a branch in OC Smíchov 10 minutes walk from work. I needed one bread for the weekend, but I couldn't get out of work and it was not possible to order it through the e-shop (the purchase must be over 700 CZK). Out of desperation, I called them to see if they could help me. They have the highest level of staff. Not only did one of the employees (who was shopping for himself at the branch during his time off) bring me bread to work, but I even came to pay for the bread myself on Monday.
So when someone again complains about the quality of service, let them look at themselves in the mirror, if the reluctance of the staff is not just a reaction to his "aura".
I'm not the type of person who gives reviews, but I just have to.
Thank you for your selfless willingness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have kindly asked if they have lactose free products for lunch, one of the girls (glasses, short hair) was very rude because she didn't understand English. Please hire nice people and not frustrated girls. Never again!!!
