The ski rental only has a small selection and we were served listlessly and incompetently.

Можно погреться, взять в аренду лыжи, купить билеты на подъемник. Очереди особо не было.
Обратите внимание - на входе скользкий элемент на полу, можно прилечь.

You can warm up, rent skis, buy lift tickets. There wasn't much of a queue.
Please note - at the entrance there is a slippery element on the floor, you can lie down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totalni katastrofa!!! 2 hodiny ve fronte na skipas koupeny online, nekompetentni personal, sjezdovky tragicke, ale ceny jako za hlavni sezonu...v nedeli bylo spatne pocasi a lyzovalo se 2 hodiny...nikoho nenapadlo vratit cas penez za skipasy bida, bida, bida!!!
Total disaster !!! 2 hours in line for ski passes bought online, incompetent staff, tragic slopes, but prices like the high season ... on Sunday it was bad weather and skiing was 2 hours ... no one thought to return the time for ski passes bida, bida, bida! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupovali jsme jízdenky na lanovku přes GoPass, dále pak jízdy na koloběžce z Medvědína dolů a také elektrokola na 4 hodiny. Vše proběhlo v pořádku s patřičným vysvětlením, ukázkou vybavení, vysvětlením tras, zapůjčením mapy atd.
V (nejen) letních dnech se můžete navíc zajít osvěžit/otužit do nedalekého Labe.
PS: Pokud nemáte GoPass, tak platíte vratnou kauci 50 Kč za plastovou jízdenku s čipem. Tu pak můžete vrátit v automatu a zálohu získat zpět.
We were buying tickets for the cable car via GoPass, as well as scooter rides from Medvědín down and also a 4 hour electric bike. Everything went well with proper explanation, demonstration of equipment, explanation of routes, renting a map, etc.
On the (not only) summer days you can also refresh yourself in the nearby Elbe.
PS: If you do not have a GoPass, you pay a refundable deposit of 50 CZK for a plastic ticket with a chip. You can then return it in the vending machine and recover the deposit.
