★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brand new, next to O2 Arena and the Metro, welcoming and helpful people, musical theme, great room (suite upgrade, with a record player and some LPs ?), great food (Central European with an Asian twist), comfortable bed, quality toiletries, roomy balcony, quiet and well equipped, excellent place to stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel, nicely decorated with interesting ideas and excellent kitchen. Located near the metro station so you can easily access the city centre. Staff is very professional and take care about details. I would definitely like to come back.

Close bus and metro station (5 min walk) that lead you to the old & new town in less 30 min.
Simple yet good breakfast.
Will come back 200%

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at this hotel for two nights in March 2022. Excellent experience. Walking distance to metro station and tram station. Reception staffs are helpful. Very clean, modern design lobby. My room was on 5th floor. Very clean room, spotless bathroom, modern design and amenities. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Smooth check in and out. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The management is good. The staff is hit or miss. I Had an issue with points, it took 2 weeks to correct. The manager comped my next night, then there was another issue with the points. I kindly was upgraded to a suite, but then booked another night and it was also missing from the Marriott points/nights system.
Front office staff also incorrectly stated what welcome gift I selected. Not worth arguing over but what’s the point of a loyalty system if you’re not going to follow your own rules?
5 stars for the management, the housekeeping, the restaurant, the nice building and the general kindness. I don’t want to negatively impact the hotels star rating but if the Marriott program is important to you, I wouldn’t bother staying here. The vanilla Marriott is nice, the courtyard is fine too and they get the points and night credits correct without endless emails. Otherwise lots of Prague hotel options outside of Marriott as well.
If Marriott doesn’t matter to you and you’re okay staying outside of the city center it’s a great hotel. Otherwise don’t bother.
