★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Surprised and shocked to watch the waitress adding tap water to my frapuccino once it was ready for some reason as she learned she made too little and the cup was not full. For the money, very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked the coffee but weirdly enough this starbucks employee called Fred told me I wasn't allowed to take a picture from something with the Starbucks brand. Like Wth? I never experienced this. I though taking pictures of the Starbucks brand was marketing. Sad to see some employees aren't aware of their company policy...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like me a Starbucks but today a staff member in Prague palladium told me I didn't need a straw like it was any of her bees wax. I have sensitive teeth and a straw is comfortable. Shouldn't have to explain myself. Paying good money for coffee, don't need the lecture

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Starbucks is not very big and located in the middle of the shopping mall, so it’s always busy and crowded unless you get there early in the morning. It’s more a place to grab a coffee “to go” or stay there just a bit to have a break, but it’s not a place to relax. It can also feel pretty loud.
