★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pracovníci prodejny prodali mým rodičům seniorního věku ochranné sklo za cenu více než dvojnásobnou v porovnání s obvyklou cenou na trhu (panzer glass za 1099kč vs 509kč-nejvyšší cena na netu). Takto kořistit na starších lidech je odporné. Karma vás dostihne.
The store's employees sold protective glass to my senior parents for a price more than double the usual price on the market (panzer glass for CZK 1,099 vs. CZK 509 - the highest price on the net). It is disgusting to prey on older people. Karma will catch up with you.

0 points. The staff does what they want, sets up the service they want and at the same time you sign something completely different. I definitely recommend replacing the staff because it's all ridiculous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klasická situace, za mojí starou mámou přišli dva lidé s nabídkou služeb, kterou bohužel máma podepsala. Na smlouvu se pozapomnělo a na odstoupení od smlouvy mi zbýval poslední den. Bez zbytečných řečí převzali žádost a zanedlouho mi přišla SMS s vyrozuměním o zrušení.
A classic situation, two grandmothers came to my grandmother with an offer of services, which unfortunately my mother signed. The contract was forgotten and I had one last day to withdraw from the contract. They accepted the request without unnecessary talk, and I soon received an SMS notifying me of the cancellation.
