★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera večer okolo 20:00 som poprosila tmavovlasú slečnu za kasou aby sa pozrela, či majú ešte velkosť S vybraného oblečenia. Keďže bola veľmi zaneprázdnená telefonovaním, ktoré podotýkam určite nebolo pracovného charakteru podľa toho čo som počula, tak bola dosť nepríjemná a neochotná. Tvárila sa, že ju obťažujem a popri konverzácii somnou súbežne stále viedla rozhovor cez telefón. Dozvedela som sa odpoveď na moju otázku ale na ďalšiu prosbu, či by sa mohla pozrieť, v ktorej predajni v Brne ten tovar ešte majú som dostala odpoveď: je to všetko na internete. Som z toho trochu sklamaná, pretože Tezenis mám veľmi rada ale bohužial takýto neprofesionálny personál nerobí dobrý dojem. Viem, že bola hodina pred koncom otváracej doby a už nikomu sa nechce pracovať ale takýto prístup podľa mňa nie je na mieste. Ďakujem

Since she was very busy phoning, which I certainly did not have a work character according to what I heard, she was quite uncomfortable and reluctant. She pretended to be harassing her, and in addition to talking to me, she was still on the phone. I learned the answer to my question, but to another request, whether she could look at which store in Brno they still have the goods: I got the answer: it's all on the Internet. I'm a little disappointed because I like Tezenis very much, but unfortunately such non-professional staff doesn't make a good impression. I know that it was an hour before the end of the opening hours and no one wants to work anymore, but in my opinion such an approach is not appropriate. well thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shopping assistant was really nice, smily and friendly. Love the selection of bras and bralettes. The fitting rooms are kinda small and poor. I couldnt close the curtain well. The lightning in the fitting room was really bad.
