Výborná značka bot do hor, ale personal by mohl trochu více zapracovat na profesionalitě. Jinak pěkná prodejna. ?

Produkty jsou excelentní, služby naprostá katastrofa . Prodavač nového zákazníka “vítá” slovy:”No ??” A při požadavku na opravu bot jiné značky ( což je nabízeno) nabídne prodavač, ze boty rad hodí do koše ... ?!! Absolutní snobstvi. (Opravna na Žižkově zvládla opravu za týden a zlomek peněz .. )
The products are excellent, the services a complete disaster. The salesman "welcomes" the new customer with the words: "Well ??" And when requesting the repair of shoes from another brand (which is offered), the seller will offer that he likes to put the shoes in the basket ...? !! Absolute snobbery. (The repair shop in Žižkov managed the repair in a week and a fraction of the money ..)

Kupuji si pohorky od téhle firmy 20 let. Bohužel v posledních 3-4 letech se jejich kvalita propadla až na same dno. Lepení nedrží, obsivka se odlepuje po celé délce, nekvalitní kůže praská i přes pečlivou údržbu. A když se pokusite boty reklamovat, vyslechne si neuveritelne nesmysly, proc jste boty zničili. Navíc mají v reklamačním protokolu svinarnicku - jeho podepsáním odsouhlasite i prodloužení zakone lhůty na reklamaci o měsíc! Ale hrozba COI funguje. Tuhle značku si uz víckrát nekoupím.
I've been buying boots from this company for 20 years. Unfortunately, in the last 3-4 years, their quality has dropped to the very bottom. The gluing does not stick, the suction peeles off along the entire length, poor-quality skin cracks despite careful maintenance. And when you try to complain about shoes, he hears incredible nonsense about why you destroyed the shoes. In addition, they have a pig in the complaint protocol - by signing it, you also agree to extend the deadline for complaints by one month! But the COI threat works. I will not buy this brand again.

Ujala se nas moc milá a ochotná paní prodavačka. Ač tam měla více zákazníků, dokázala se věnovat všem, perfektně poradila. Je jasné, že se vyzná.

I am a huge Meindl fan, I have four pairs. I just bought a pair through the internet, and loved it so much, I want to buy another exact pair as gift to my dad (I know his feet size well). I know the size and everything. On top of it, I even convinced my wife, who hates hiking boots in general, to get some Meindl boots, because of their incredible quality. I knew the Prague store existed and was so existed to even pay a little more just to get the shoes right away and so my wife could try them then and there, and seal the deal. Wearing my Meindl shoes, we get there, very excited, and no other customers, store totally empty. Awesome, I first think. Problem was that when we get there, the (maskless) store guy keeps looking at his screen and barely says hello, and was so unhelpful, just totally indifferent. I try to be friendly, and tell him exactly what I want, size and model and all, and he tells me with complete dismissiveness that I have to order them and have to wait until November, as if that is the most normal thing in the world. Yes, 3 months from now, and that's that, he says. I tell him about my wife, and he just pointed us where to go, and left to the side with no desire to give any ideas of what her first hiking shoe could be. My wife, who is Czech, says, "You know what? I can get another brand, and you can just order them by internet through some other shop again. I don't want his business if he doesn't seem to give a damn about ours." So we left. I was ready to shell out a good 600 EUR right then and there, and left disappointed and emotionally empty. It's sad, because you can tell the Meindl folks spend so much passion in building and selling amazing shoes. I don't know what this dude's problem is, but I will avoid him at all cost. I just hope someone helps him with some good retraining and basic customer service skills. Meindl is an amazing brand, and needs the best representatives out there to really carry its spirit. My first Meindl shoe over ten years ago was thanks to a skilled and caring salesman in Germany who you could tell wanted me to enjoy life in those shoes which I still use and am proud to own.
