After washing my shoes at home in the washing machine, brown stains formed on my shoes - I was upset because I haven't had them in a long time, they are my favorites and they weren't exactly cheap. I found, but Fresher.cz and there they gave me my shoes back to their original form. Thank you very much for saving the shoes you are magicians ?

Don't take my rating as authoritative ... I wanted to have your shoes cleaned, but from experience I always read reviews with the services. These literally discouraged me, bad reviews have plenty of likes, so it will not be just a few cases, but they have a pretty credible basis for me, so I decide on another company. Maybe you should do something, because nowadays little is enough and it can just bury all the effort.

I had Jordan 4 repaired for them and I wanted a full restore. They told me that I would get an SMS when the shoes were ready. I waited for the shoes for over a month and eventually I had to write them how my order was. They didn't even do everything they wrote at the restaurant. Not a job well done for me.

Great service. ? I can only recommend. The boys have cleaned my shoes already 50 times and always a great job. But only once a small complication came the courier and in two days the shoes were at home. ? So customer service is also number one. ? Be sure not to be afraid after reading the review and have your shoes cleaned. I am 100% satisfied. Professional and human approach. ?

I was scared about the reviews ... that's why I carried the older white Conversky. The gentleman who took over the shoes was not very nice, the worker who was walking there was also nicer ? The gentleman at the computer told me that an SMS would come when the shoes were ready. Sms really came, but 19 days later ? However the cleaning was great! The shoes looked very nice and I will definitely stop there! So I actually recommend, it just takes more patience??

We had a few pairs of shoes cleaned here, and unfortunately I have to say that this is a very unprofessional approach, not to mention that this cannot be called dry cleaning. The very fact that almost every negative review on this site is negated or ridiculed by Fresher is quite sad but speaks for itself. One of the shoes was leather with a rubber sole, the leather was absolutely clean and only the sole was dirty, so it was actually just about cleaning the sole. After bringing the shoes to the place, I was asked what service I wanted, to which I answered the question that I wish it was enough to completely clean the shoes and I was recommended the premium service I chose. I was quite shocked when I picked up the shoes, they were almost in the same condition as when I brought them. The staff's response was that they told me that the premium service was not at all for this type of pollution and that it was necessary to remove the sole, of course for an additional fee. Wouldn't it be logical to tell me straight away what I need instead of paying for two services when one of them is inadequate / ineffective? The second shoes, the classic blue air force, were a little better, but again another shock in communication: I found a few stains on the shoes that I pointed out to the treatment plant staff, and the answer: "We didn't have time for that". Without any excuse or compensation. The event is from the summer of 2021, unfortunately I did not have time to write a review. So I'm also curious about the negation of my review :-)

Today is 5 days since I put my shoes in there. Yesterday they wrote that they are still not cleaned, without an apology and an estimate of a new date. I tried calling today but they have voicemail. Not much experience yet and I hope to see my shoes again. NEXT DAY: I called again, the shoes are almost ready. The gentleman at the counter explained the lack and lack. In the final, quite ok.
