Bohužel, v momentě, kdy jsem byl odvelen na pokladnu s tím, že mi pán oznámí cenu pokládky podlahy, tmavo-vlasí, nepříjemný a arogantní pán, mimochodem stále sedící, ani mu nestálo za to se postavit a jednat se mnou na profesionální úrovni jakožto se zákazníkem, který tam chce utratit nemalé peníze. Pán se bohužel projevil velmi nepříjemně, arogantně a stále na mne chrlil informace ohlendně nutného vyrovnání podlahy. Když jsem pánovi oznámil, že podlaha byla vyrovnána profesionální firmou, odsekl mne a oznámil mi nepříjemným tónem, že to oni posoudí oni a né já, a že se nejspíše bude muset podlaha vyrovnat znova. Nechápal jsem a i přesto jsem pánovi znova oznámil, že podlaha je nová a stála 25 tis. vyrovnání, že kulička se na zemi ani nehne :) a taktéž mi bylo odseknuto a řečeno, že takových už tu bylo a že cenu mi může říct 100,- za m2, a nebo také 500,- za m2. Jak si pak má člověk ujasnit rozpočet na podlahu, když mi firma není schopná říct jasnou cenu za pokladku? S tímto přístupem a nepříjemným jednáním sedícího tmavovlasého pána jsem se rozhodl, že si v této firmě nekoupím ani rohožku na toaletu. Tuto pobočku nedoporučuji!!! Firma Breno díky tomuto pánovi příšla minimálně o 50 tis. Jen tak dále a můžete tuto pobočku brzo zavřít... Unfortunately, the Lord showed himself very unpleasantly, arrogantly and still spewing information about the necessary floor leveling. When I told the gentleman that the floor had been leveled by a professional company, he cut me off and told me in an unpleasant tone that they and I would judge it, and that the floor would probably have to be leveled again. I did not understand and yet I told the gentleman again that the floor is new and cost 25 thousand. that the ball does not move on the ground :) and I was also cut off and told that it was already there and that the price can tell me 100, - per m2, or 500, - per m2. How then should one clarify the budget for the floor when a company is unable to tell me a clear price for a checkout? With this attitude and the unpleasant behavior of a seated dark-haired gentleman, I decided not to buy a toilet mat in this company. I do not recommend this branch !!! Thanks to this gentleman Breno lost at least 50 thousand. Keep going and you can close this branch soon ...

Obsluhující personál i pracovník na pokladně byli velmi ochotní a vstřícní, poradili s výběrem pěkného koberce a my odešli naprosto spokojeni. Today we visited a shop in Veselská, Prague 9, where we bought a carpet. Po odborné radě jsem výběr přehodnotila a jsem s odstupem času velmi spokojená. Pokud chcete skvělý, příjemný, kvalitních koberec mohu jen doporučit BRENO V Letňanech... I would like to highly commend the approach of Mrs Sobotková and her colleagues at the branch in Letňany. I originally came for the carpet in a different price range. Z	Zuzka m on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dávám 4 a půl hvězdičky. Koupili jsme co jsme potřebovali. Jen ten pán či koberce stříhal, nebyl ve své kůži. Je to náročná práce a ještě jednání s lidmi a každý má jiné požadavky. I give 4 and a half stars. We bought what we needed. Only the gentleman or carpet was cut, he was not in his skin. It's hard work and still dealing with people, and everyone has different demands.
