★ ★ ★ ★ ★ objednala som sa na vrtanie zubov a odmietli mi ich vrtat,ze to sa u nich takto nerobi,neuveritelne,tak clovke im po telefone vysvetli ze ma problemy s 2zubmi,ze potrebujem vyslovene vyvrtat a do tel. povadala sestra ze mi necha 1 apol hodiny na mna a odmietli mi to spravit,ze to oni na prvy krat nerobia!! no na pozeranie som tam neprisla!! spravili mi rontgen uplne zbytocne kedze mi nic nevrtali a ani mi ho nedali a nasli mi mi kaz a ani neviem na akom zube,lebo to mi tiez nepovedali,otrasny pristup,rozhodne nedoporucujem!
 I ordered to drill my teeth and they refused to drill them, that it is not done like this for them, unbelievably, so people explained to them over the phone that I had problems with 2 teeth, that I needed to explicitly drill and call. my sister thought she would leave me 1 apol hour for me and they refused to do it to me that they didn't do it for the first time !! but I didn't come there to watch !! they did X-rays completely unnecessarily because they didn't drill anything for me and they didn't even give it to me and they sent me a caries and I don't even know what tooth, because they didn't tell me that either, a terrible approach, I definitely don't recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesný přístup.zaplatili jsme vstupní prohlídku a tím se vše uzavřelo.od poloviny prosince není možné dohodnout zákrok.pan dozor nemá na nic čas .volali jsme mnohokrát ale vždy stejný přístup sester. Volejte zítra volejte ráno volejte po obědě atd....nevydržely jsme a našli lékaře jinde který je ochoten implantáty zhotovit.rozhodne klinika jen pro vytrvalce

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po pěti minutách konzultace,kdy mi nebylo vysvětleno skoro nic (pan doktor neměl více času) si vzali 1000 Kč a výsledek toho byl, že částka za jeden zub byla 210 tisíc (čtete dobře) v případě implantátů nebo 90 tisíc za můstek,kdy mi chtěli další tři zdravé zuby vytrhnout a nahradit.
Pak už se vůbec neozvali,litr byl už přece v kapse.
Šel sem jinam a za 20 % jejích ceny,je hotovo a moje zuby zůstaly v puse.
To ani nemluvím o tom, že když přijdete na preventivní prohlídku,oznámí Vám,že doktorka už neordinuje a hledejte si zubaře, prostě nazdar.
Jen podotýkám, že nejsem žádný "sociál" a jde to na mě hodně vidět.

I went somewhere else and for 20% of her price, it's done and my teeth stayed in my mouth.
I'm not even saying that when you come for a preventive check-up, they'll let you know that the doctor is no longer prescribing and look for a dentist, just bye.
I'm just noticing that I'm not a "social" and I can see a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MUDr. Kříž je profesionál, s jeho ordinací mám jen ty nejlepší zkušenosti. Nemohu absolutně nic vytknout. Velice milý, empatický, profesionální přístup. Personál super, vše na jedničku. Mohu doporučit všem, kteří mají z implantátu obavy.
