★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosta tragedie, liny, neochotny, arogantni prodavač. Určitě doporucuji nenavstevovat tuto pobočku!!! Jsem jiz 4 dny bez internetu a TV. Umrel modem. Misto 2 dnu, jak melo trvat dodani, jsou to 4 dny a stale nic nemam. Prodavac na pobocce sice muj objednany modem jiz cely den ma, ale protoze neobdrzel potvrzovaci sms, odmita cokoli řešit, kamkoli zavolat, nebo se někoho zeptat. Dle vyjadreni jeho kolegyně z jine pobocky je to resitelne, ale proc by se namahal. Preci tam neni pro zakazniky, ze??? :-(
Absolutely tragedy, lines, reluctant, arrogant salesman. I definitely recommend not visiting this branch !!! I've been without internet and TV for 4 days. The modem died. Instead of 2 days, as the delivery should have taken, it's 4 days and I still have nothing. The salesman at the branch has already ordered my modem all day, but because he has not received a confirmation SMS, he refuses to solve anything, call anywhere or ask anyone. According to a colleague from another branch, this is resolvable, but why would he try. After all, it's not there for customers, is it ??? :-(
