Ohrazená plocha rybářských sádek tvořená soustavou kamenných nádrží se nachází v jižní části areálu. Žďárští mniši se stali nejen průkopníky chovu ryb, nejčastěji kaprů, ale i organizátory budování rybníků. Sádky jsou kontinuálně využívány už od 13. století.
