★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechala jsem vyčistit dvě páry bot (z nichž jedny už ve velice špatném stavu) a jsem velmi spokojená s výsledkem! Při odevzdání bot mi pán sdělil přibližný termín, kdy by to mohlo být hotovo a opravdu to tak bylo. Pán byl taky ochotný odpovědět na veškeré moje otázky ohledně bot, tašek apod.
Pán byl velice zdvořilý a veselý, kvalita služby převýšila moje očekávání.
 I had two pairs of shoes cleaned (one of them in very bad condition) and I am very happy with the result! When handing over my shoes, the gentleman told me the approximate date when it could be done, and it really was. The Lord was also willing to answer all my questions about shoes, bags, etc.
The Lord was very polite and cheerful, the quality of service exceeded my expectations.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Čistírnu rozhodně doporučuji. Skvělý, přátelský přístup a kvalitní práce. Práce s klienty na 5 hvězdiček. Pan mi velice pomohl tím, že byl vstřícný a tenisky byly hotové v termínu, kdy jsem je potřebovala. 100% spokojenost?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Co se týče vyčištění bot, tak spokojenost. Sám si to tak člověk opravdu neudělá. ???
Jen se připravte na klidně měsíc čekání. Pán toho má opravdu hodně. Pro někoho to může být nepříjemné.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The job is done correctly, the shoes are clean however the price announced at the end was higher what we agreed at the begging. The painting process doesn’t appear in the price list. It may double the price. 800 kc for stan smith cleaning is really too much.
First of all as i have mentioned i didn’t have any complaint regarding to the way how the job has been done.
Second .My issue was with the price list, that it should be improved and you could take it into account for the future.But instead of this i encountered with aggression which you obviously showed to my criticism. Therefore, it makes me be really doubtful regarding how you treat your customers in general and that your customer service is equal to 0.That’s why i changed my rating to the 1.
Third.If you are the unit which is providing service please be ready to criticism as well and be more professional in the way how to handle with it without showing obvious aggression.
Maybe from your side your only responsibility is that job is done well,but as a customer i really disappointed on your communication ability.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing good about this shoe care service. I brought my new nike white shoes, they had something yellow on them from my bad cleaning. They immediately said its impossible to clean them, i said but you haven't even tried. They said sorry, unfortunately we can't do anything about it. I was sad, because i just bought them. So i decided to clean them myself, and I did, and they look new again. That means i can open my own shoe care service and help people!! Im sure they can clean dusty shoes very well!
