Wstęp do Aqua Pałacu w cenie. Polecam. I really like this hotel and I'm happy to come back. A lot of service, affordable prices, two hotel pools with thermal water, walk on the alley among greenery (a few minutes) and I'm in the thermal pools. Entrance to the Aqua Palace included. I would recommend.

V lednu 2020 bude zahájena rekonstrukce hotelu, která bude probíhat do roku 2022. Cílem revitalizace, na které budou spolupracovat i původní architekti, je zachovat původní vzhled hotelu a zároveň posunout nabídku služeb na úroveň třetího tisíciletí. Питание очень разнообразное но не диетическое. Много жирного в обед и ужин.Выпечкс представлена очень скудно. Персонал нормальный ,говорит на разных языках. На мой взгляд цена завышена относительно качества The hotel is very scary architecture. It stands out from other buildings. Inside more or less, a major need to repair. Food is very diverse but not dietary. A lot of fat in the lunch and dinner. Baked goods is presented very poorly. The staff is normal, speaks different languages. In my opinion, the price is too high relative to quality.
Y	Yuliya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Расположение отеля. Хорошие завтраки, великолепный спа(бассейн, вирпул, джакузи, сауна, дорожка Кнайпа). Бассейн с обычной водой, а хотелось бы с минеральной, как в других отелях. Ремонта не было лет 30. Все обшарпанное, ободранное. В номере нет чайника, не говоря уже про чай-кофе (как это положено в отеле 4 звезды), тапочки только в день заезда, а потом 34 кроны, чтобы погладить вещи, нужно на ресепшене заплатить 100 крон и тогда дадут ключ от гладильной комнаты. Звукоизоляция ужасная, т.к. сверху и снизу входной двери в номер огромные щели. Уборка в номере неудовлетворительная, сантехнику не моют (в день заезда в раковине были чьи-то волосы), под кроватью и вдоль стен у плинтусов годовая пыль. Я была без лечения, но общаясь в бассейне с людьми, слышала, что они недовольны лечением. Массаж некачественный, выбор процедур ограничен. Я смотрела прайс, половины процедур, сто есть в Карловых Варах, в том списке нет.
L	Larysa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Бассейном можно пользоваться в строго определенные часы, так и не попала, там занимались по назначению доктора, и вода там не термальная а обычная, и просилась посмотреть хотя бы и не пустили, сказали на рецепшен можете увидеть на мониторе, длина 17 метров... Жесть. Паркинг платный. Еда - не очень. Но самое плохое - постель каменная, жёсткий матрас и всю ночь лежишь на камне и думаешь как лечь чтобы не так больно, а утром с красными глазами хочеться бежать с гостиницы подальше, что я и сделала, хотя мысли были изначально продлить.
