Poměrně prostá barokní stavba vyžadující zásadní rekonstrukci, v poslední době ničená nevhodnými novodobými zásahy.
A relatively simple Baroque building requiring major reconstruction, recently destroyed by inappropriate modern interventions.

The history of the Order of the Dominicans in the Old Town of Prague begins in 1625. At first, they had the Church of St. Jiljí, around which they gradually bought the surrounding buildings (until 1656) to operate the order. After 1663, the unification of individual buildings together with the church forms a block bounded by the streets of Husova, Jalovcová, Jilská and Zlatá. The author of the rebuilding of the block was Carlo Lurago. Velmi pěkný klášter, bohužel prohlídky se konají jen sporadicky.
Very nice monastery, unfortunately tours are held only sporadically.
