★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vše trvalo, nedokázali si poradit a přehodit internet z prvního patra do druhého - vytvořili novou smlouvu.. internet nešel 3/4 roku, čekala bych kompenzaci a nic.. řešení modemu musela jsem odjet a zase vracet za pár hodin zase problém.. ✌
Snad teď pofrčí vše tak jak má.. ale polepšíte se! ☺
 Everything took place, they could not cope and switch the internet from the first floor to the second - they created a new contract .. the internet did not go 3/4 year, I would expect compensation and nothing .. I had to leave the modem solution and return the problem in a few hours .. ✌
Maybe now he'll push everything as it should ... but you'll get better! ☺

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Upozorňuji na holohlavého staršího pána z přepážky číslo 1 který tam operoval dne 4.4.
Samozřejmě postupy vodafone neovlivním ani já, ani pracovníci na pobočce. I když upřímně nechápu proč nelze internet převést na jinou adresu a místo toho zakládají novou objednávku.
K pánovi, pracuji ve vedení společnosti zabývající se zákaznickým servisem a tohoto pána bych jako pracovníka nestrpěl ani prvních 5 minut. Když to vypadalo že potřebuji pomoci tak byl velmi nepříjemný, pak když z toho začala koukat objednávka, tak začal být o něco ochotnější. Odporný obrat.
Vrcholem bylo když bylo na prodejně více lidí a on mi na samém konci nahlas sdělil přesně jaký záznam v rejstříku dlužníků mám a to tak, aby ho slyšela celá prodejna a proto budu muset platit kauci.
Nezlobte se na mě. To je diskrétnost hadr. Nic takového jsem ještě nikde nezažil. Byl jsem vzteklý, zklamaný a s Vodafonem končím. Internet si objednám jinde a čísla přenesu k jinému operátorovi. Hrozný přístup.
Z recenzí je očividné že toho pracovníka udržují. Jak zoufalá situace se zaměstnanci musí být v dnešní době.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs are incompetent to the extreme. I met with David today and waste half an hour of my precious time for nothing. He doesn't even know how phones work and keep insisting that vodafone sims only work with phones from their store, while keep playing through folders of my international note 8 pretending like he is trying to change system setting so that it would magically make my faulty sim works. I mean, I would be much happier if the mall management replace this useless store with a bigger sea fish tank!
